Yes, you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your session without any fees. Cancellations or changes within 48 hours may incur a rescheduling fee. We understand that unexpected situations arise and will work with you to find a suitable alternative date.
For outdoor sessions, we monitor weather closely. If conditions are unsuitable, we'll reschedule at no additional cost. We can also pivot to indoor locations or covered areas. Light rain can sometimes create beautiful atmospheric shots if you're comfortable proceeding.
Wear clothing that makes you feel confident and comfortable. Solid colors and simple patterns photograph well. Avoid busy patterns, large logos, or overly trendy items. We'll provide specific guidance based on your session type and location during our consultation.
Absolutely! Props and pets add personality to your photos. Let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. For pets, ensure they're comfortable in new environments and bring treats or favorite toys to keep them engaged during the session.
Session length depends on your chosen package. Essential sessions are 1 hour, Professional sessions are 2 hours, and Premium sessions are 4 hours. We work at a comfortable pace to ensure natural, relaxed photos without feeling rushed.
Each package includes the session time, professional editing of all delivered photos, and digital files in high resolution. Professional and Premium packages also include printed photos and albums. Travel within Delray Beach area is included; additional travel fees may apply for distant locations.
Yes, a 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled date if needed.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and bank transfers. Payment plans may be available for Premium packages when booked at least one month in advance. Contact us for payment plan details and eligibility.
Turnaround times vary by package: Essential (7 days), Professional (5 days), Premium (3 days). You'll receive a private online gallery link where you can view, download, and share your photos. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
Yes, you can purchase additional edited photos from your session at $15 per photo. Prints, albums, and other products are also available. We'll provide a complete product catalog with your gallery delivery.
Raw files are not included in standard packages as they require specialized software and don't represent our finished work. However, raw files can be purchased separately for an additional fee if you have specific editing needs.
