Photography services are unique in nature as they involve time, creative effort, and scheduled appointments. Our policy regarding photography sessions is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business operations.
A deposit of 30% of the total session fee is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable as it reserves your specific date and time, during which we turn away other potential clients. However, deposits can be transferred to a rescheduled session date subject to availability and the terms outlined in our rescheduling policy.
If you need to cancel your photography session, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session time will result in forfeiture of the deposit, but no additional charges will be applied. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session time may result in forfeiture of the full session fee, as we may not be able to fill the time slot on short notice.
We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Your deposit will be applied to the new session date. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session may incur a rescheduling fee of 25% of the session cost. We allow one complimentary reschedule per booking; additional rescheduling may incur fees.
For outdoor photography sessions, if weather conditions are deemed unsuitable by the photographer, we will reschedule your session at no additional cost. We monitor weather forecasts closely and will contact you in advance if rescheduling is necessary. If you prefer to proceed with the session despite weather concerns, we will do our best to work with the conditions, but we cannot guarantee optimal results.
In the rare event that we must cancel your session due to illness, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, or we can reschedule your session at your convenience with no additional fees. We will make every effort to provide advance notice and work with you to minimize inconvenience.
Digital photographs and files are delivered through our secure online gallery system. Due to the nature of digital products, special terms apply to these purchases.
Digital files, including edited photographs and digital downloads, are non-refundable once they have been delivered and made available for download. We provide preview galleries before final delivery to ensure your satisfaction. Please review all images carefully during the preview period and communicate any concerns before final delivery.
If you experience technical difficulties downloading your digital files, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve any technical issues and ensure you receive your files. Technical support is provided at no additional charge for 30 days after delivery.
If you believe there are technical quality issues with your digital files such as corruption, incorrect resolution, or processing errors, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the files and provide corrected versions if technical errors are confirmed. This does not apply to subjective artistic preferences.
We offer various physical products including prints, albums, and other photography-related items. Our return policy for physical products is designed to ensure your satisfaction while accounting for the custom nature of these items.
Prints may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt if they arrive damaged, defective, or if there was an error in production. To be eligible for return, prints must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us immediately upon receiving damaged items and provide photographs of the damage for our records.
Custom products such as photo albums, canvas prints, and specialty items are made to order based on your specifications. These items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or there was an error in production. Please review all proofs and specifications carefully before approving production, as changes cannot be made once production has begun.
If your physical products arrive damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Provide photographs of the damaged items and packaging. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and send you replacement items at no additional cost. Please retain all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
If there is an error in production such as incorrect sizing, wrong images printed, or color matching issues that differ significantly from approved proofs, we will reprint or remake the items at no charge. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt with detailed information about the error.
When a refund is approved, we will process it according to the following guidelines to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for services or products that were partially completed or delivered. The refund amount will be calculated based on the portion of services rendered or products delivered. We will discuss partial refund amounts with you before processing.
Refunds will not be issued for: subjective dissatisfaction with artistic style or creative choices, changes in personal circumstances after services have been rendered, failure to download digital files within the specified access period, or custom products that were produced according to approved specifications.

We maintain high standards for all our work. If delivered photographs or products do not meet our stated quality standards due to technical errors or production issues, we will make corrections or provide replacements at no additional cost.
Additional services purchased after the initial booking, such as extra editing, rush delivery, or additional prints, are subject to the same return and refund policies as outlined above.
Rush delivery fees are non-refundable once expedited processing has begun. If we are unable to meet the agreed-upon rush deadline, the rush fee will be refunded, but standard delivery timeframes will apply.
Fees for additional editing services beyond what is included in your package are non-refundable once the editing work has been completed. We will provide previews when possible to ensure the editing meets your expectations before finalizing.
